Bodega Bay Sailing Adventures is a locally owned green business. It is ideal for Sonoma County "stay-cations" within an hour from most North Bay points. Leaving from the quaint hamlet of Bodega Bay. Check us out on Facebook, Yelp and Trip Advisor
Our 3-hour sailing tour of Bodega Bay is done on our beautifully maintained 33' sailboat. Our boat is Coast Guard inspected and everyone wears a life jacket.. Generally we see lots of migratory birds, seals and sea lions. Whales are common during peak migration season. Its not fast but a fun way to see Bodega Bay. Your captain is a Coast Guard OPUV - Richard Crumley

It can be chilly any time of the year and I recommend bringing some warm layers. The Finish people say that "there is no bad weather, just bad clothing". You can bring food and wine but three hours goes by quickly. There is a restroom on board.. Its best to wear shoes. I can only take 6 people. We start our trip from the harbor, sail to the outer bay and usually out to the open ocean for a bit. Some people take dramimie before going.
I started Bodega Bay Sailing in 2006 after showing friends the beautiful Sonoma Coast line. One out of town guest said it was the "best day of their life" I started sailing as a kid in Southern California. I worked as Park Ranger in Bodega Bay for 13 years and I can point out local flora and fauna. I have sailed from Hawaii to San Francisco (2007) and took the boat with my familyto Mexico in 2014/15
